Hi, I’m Jaime.
I’m Jaime Flowers, Ph.D., NCSP, LEP, BCBA, a school psychologist and behavior analyst who builds online learning opportunities in my field.
I create continuing education for school psychologists and test prep for educators, with practical lessons that help professionals apply what they learn in real schools.
I’ve built multiple successful LearnDash businesses, and LearnResponse is where I share the tools I made for my own courses.
Why I built it
Learners grow when they get feedback on their thinking
In my own courses, I wanted learners to do more than click through slides and pass a quiz. I wanted them to write: to analyze a case, explain their reasoning and apply what they learned.
The problem is that thoughtful feedback on every written answer takes time no course creator has. So I built LearnResponse AI Feedback. It gives learners specific, coaching-style feedback the moment they submit, while you stay in control with rubric checks and an instructor review screen.
Every tool I make starts as something I needed on my own LearnDash sites, and it’s tested on real courses before it’s offered to anyone else.

The challenge
School psychologists need to apply what they learn to real cases, not just pass a multiple-choice quiz. Writing individual feedback on every case-study answer isn’t realistic for a small CE provider.
The approach
LearnResponse AI Feedback adds written-response activities to lessons. Learners get coaching-style feedback on their reasoning right away, and the activities stay optional so they never block lesson completion.
