Tell us your name, the email you used to purchase, which plugin you’re using (and your LMS — LearnDash, Tutor LMS, LifterLMS or QSM), and a short description of the issue. Screenshots help a lot.
Before you write
- Make sure you’re on the latest version of the plugin and of WordPress.
- Check that your license is active under the plugin’s Account page in your WordPress dashboard.
- Try temporarily switching off other plugins to see if one is conflicting.
