• Purchase information such as your name, email, billing address, and what you bought. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• License data. When you activate a license or check for updates, our plugins send your license key, site URL and plugin version to learnresponse.com to verify the license and deliver updates.

Student work and AI processing

Our plugins run on your WordPress site. When AI feedback features are used, the essay or answer text submitted on your site is sent to OpenAI, using the OpenAI API key you add in the plugin settings, to generate feedback. LearnResponse does not receive or store this text. OpenAI’s handling of that data is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. As the site owner, you control which content is submitted and are responsible for telling your users and getting any consent required by law, including student-privacy laws such as FERPA.

Who we share information with

Cookies
