How to request a refund

Email admin@learnresponse.com from the address you used to purchase and include your order number or license key. You don’t need to give a reason, but feedback helps us improve.

What’s covered

• New purchases, within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Renewal charges, within 30 days of the renewal date.

How refunds are processed

• Refunds go back to your original payment method.
• Most refunds show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• When a refund is issued, the license is cancelled and the plugin will no longer receive updates or support.

After 30 days

Purchases older than 30 days aren’t eligible for a refund, but you can cancel automatic renewal at any time from your account so you aren’t charged again.

Fair use

We may decline refund requests that look like abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles.
